Our development team of 30+ developers have their hands full and we are on the search for a full stack developer to join us. You will work on customer projects directly with our clients. Your goal is to develop, optimize, and maintain backend systems to meet our customers' needs. Additionally, you will solve customers' technical problems and implement specifications designed together with the customer.

With us, you will have the opportunity to impact our customers' businesses and we value long-term customer partnerships. Customer relationships last for years, and projects are carried out as needed. Some of our customers have dedicated teams that work within the same customer continuously and for a very long period of time. Occasionally you can do minor development, maintenance or consultation work to our smaller customers.

About the role

Backend Development

You will develop backend systems that receive and process large amounts of data from thousands of devices and produce valuable information for our customers. These systems mainly run on various cloud service providers’ platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).

Some key competencies we value are Java and knowledge of time series databases.

Frontend Development

You will also develop frontend systems in customer projects. You will create UI components and be responsible for the visual appearance of the solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling UI-related releases and updates to customer systems

• Maintaining and updating implementation dependencies and libraries

• Participating in the design and maintenance of UI project architecture

• Creating new test cases for UI projects

AI-Assisted Development Model

We aim to work in an AI-assisted development model where intelligent agents are a key part of the software development process. Developers act as architects, supervisors, and quality owners.

We value experience working alongside AI tools and coding agents, where you guide execution, critically review outputs, and ensure architectural integrity. You understand that the future of software development is less about typing code line by line and more about designing systems, validating AI-generated output, and maintaining technical excellence.

You work as a mentor for AI agents.

Are you the one we are searching for? 

You have worked in similar positions and have proven successes. Additionally, the Industrial Internet of Things is a familiar concept to you. Knowledge of the engineering industry is considered an advantage.

You have a natural precision and eye for software design. We hope you are proactive, ask when you get stuck, and are ready to help colleagues.

We hope that you already have experience in both frontend and backend development. Backend experience is preferred to be stronger.
