There’s plenty to do, so we’re looking for a software developer for embedded/gateway systems to join our team. You’ll be working on customer projects directly with our clients. You develop data collection systems that gather and process large amounts of data from thousands of devices and transform the data into valuable information for our customers.

About the role

As a Gateway Developer, your primary goal is to develop customer-driven features for device-side data collection in IoT solutions. You implement specifications designed together with the customer. You ensure the functionality and optimization of data collection systems. You solve customers' technical problems. Occasionally you can do minor development, maintenance or consultation work to our smaller customers. This work includes collecting data from devices, calculating key metrics, and delivering data to the cloud.

Additionally, you’ll solve technical issues for the customer and implement specifications that are designed in collaboration with them.

We aim to work in an AI-assisted development model where intelligent agents are key part of software development process. Developers act as architects, supervisors, and quality owners.

We value experience working alongside AI tools and coding agents, where you guide execution, review outputs critically, and ensure architectural integrity. You understand that the future of software development is less about typing code line-by-line and more about designing systems, validating AI-generated output, and maintaining technical excellence.
